GPM Megisti Property Management (GPM)

GPM is a registered property management company established and operated in full compliance with Greek company, labour, and tax laws. We created GPM to offer a personalized and bespoke service for absentee homeowners, especially those living abroad.

GPM can manage your property from start to finish. We can take the stressful details out of your holiday. Simply hand us your keys and we will get to work creating a bespoke concept for your property.

Every property is different, and every property owner has their special requirements. At GPM we understand your deep connection with your holiday home and the island.
